It's VCO Viper Show 2023 time! There's over 80 members dusting off their Vipers to make them ready to display this Sunday at the VCO Viper Show 2023 & Lunch Meeting at Hagerty Garage + Social in Burlington! This is a truly incredible turn-out, and we thank all for your enthusiasm!
That enthusiasm is what's fueling our strong membership growth, and that's helping to open doors, strengthen old relationships and form new ones, while creating opportunities that are benefiting all members today. Member’s Guide to Sunday June 11th VCO Viper Show 2023 & Lunch Meeting
For those attending...here’s what you need to know and expect!
Arrival & Parking:
Hagerty Garage + Social, 1220 Corporate Drive, Burlington (QEW & Guelph Line)
Gates open at 8:30, please try to arrive early to be parked by 9 am start of show
Only registered VCO members driving Vipers can enter the Hagerty lot due to lot size limitations. All others will be directed to park across the street. If you would like to attend the show but are not registered contact Bruce vcotracks@gmail.com
You’ll be checked off the registration list as you enter
If you expect to leave before lunch, or before 2 pm, please advise upon entering
Then directed to attendants who will help you park quickly
And then go directly to Check-in just inside the main entrance
Check-in
You’ll receive an envelope with the following:
Member and Guest Name Badges, to be worn & required for lunch
2023 Membership and Viper Show Commemorative Windshield Decals
Your Viper’s unique ID Card, place on dash for Member’s Choice Award voting
Voting Card to be completed after 10 am and turned in to Check-in by 11:30
Draw Ticket…don’t lose it, and have it ready at lunch!
VCO Gift Pickup
Pre-ordered gift pickup will be available from 10:30-11:30, and again after lunch

Lunch Meeting
Hagerty's culinary team will be serving lunch from multiple stations at 12 pm.
Please pick up yours promptly, take a seat at any table, and enjoy your meal!
Meeting will start shortly after everyone is seated.
Draws will be held during the lunch meeting…please have your tickets ready!
Several sponsors will be attending and available for discussions following lunch.
Lunch Meeting will be fast paced, expected to be an hour or so, and end by 2 pm.
We’re at the 150 lunch seat capacity based on RSVPs for those coming solo or +1. Please contact Bruce if you wish to change your lunch RSVP and we'll do our best to accommodate as we expect there could be cancellations.
If you can no longer attend the lunch please contact Bruce asap so that another member can join us for lunch.

CP24 news will be publicizing this event, inviting public to attend from 9 am -12 pm
We’ll be accepting member's & the public's donations in support of this charity.
This is our club's best opportunity to support local charity...let's give generously!
Our Board feels rather than using member and sponsor funding for donations, that it's better for members to choose to donate as they wish.
Name Badges
Many new members to welcome & meet, and this will be the 1st event for several.
Please wear your new name badges at events to help introduce yourself.
Please bring & reuse your existing badge holders, and we’ll have extras available.
Your check-in envelope may contain a temporary guest badge to be filled in.
Name badges will be required for lunch.

Each year half of our Board stands for election at our Annual General Meeting, which is June 11th this year. The following 5 directors are standing for election, however, because there were no candidates nominated as invited in the May newsletter, these 5 are automatically re-elected for another 2-year term.
